Flexibility & Body Perception Workshop

Join me for a dynamic and engaging workshop focused on improving both flexibility and body awareness through conscious movement, posture, and balance.
Throughout the session, we will explore a series of static and dynamic exercises designed to:

Expand your range of motion

Develop strength and control
-
Deepen your mind-body connection

Special attention will be given to hip-opening that prepare the body for splits and middle splits , as well as movements that lengthen the torso and open the chest,
helping you build the foundation for poses like hamstring stretches and backbends.
We'll also integrate balance and coordination drills to stimulate proprioception, enhancing your ability to feel and control your body in space.
This workshop is open to all levels and is a perfect opportunity to explore your physical limits, increase body awareness, and feel more present and connected with yourself. Physical movement & sense and control of the body
